Clear trial and cancellation terms
Free requires no card. Eligible first-time paid-plan subscribers must verify their email before starting a 14-day Pro or Desk trial. A card is required for paid checkout, is charged only after the trial, and the trial is not available after prior subscription history.
Paid plans can be cancelled from the billing page to stop renewal; access continues through the paid period. The first paid subscription also has a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee. Review the billing guide or Terms for details.
