Delete your VantageGrid account
You can permanently delete your account from the VantageGrid Android app. If you cannot access the app, submit a verified request from the email address on your account.
Delete directly in the Android app
Open Account, choose Delete account and data, confirm the Google Play billing notice, and enter your password. Your account, journal and connected VantageGrid data are then deleted. This cannot be undone.
Cancel store billing separately
Deleting a VantageGrid account does not cancel an Android subscription. Cancel it in Google Play first if you want future charges to stop.

Email us from the address registered to your VantageGrid account. We may ask for additional verification and aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

Minimal billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, consent-suppression or audit records may be retained where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims. Backups expire through normal rotation. See the Privacy Policy for details.
